How to apply for a permit
You or your authorised representative can apply for a residence permit as a foreign startup at the Netherlands Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND).

After a year, you can apply for a Residence permit self-employment person. You must receive a statement from your startup facilitator or meet the standard requirements applicable to the self-employment scheme.
